I have found the secret to making it through graduate school is having a good long cry at least once a week and brussels sprouts. Lots of brussels sprouts. I have had/will have both today and I am already feeling like a new person.

*It is also beneficial to have a supportive husband who loves you and wipes up your snot and tells you you're beautiful, even when you cry and look like a sloppy mess.
