our Seattle style.

I have to say, I expected Seattle to be freeeezing. I made the biggest cowl of my life (it was so big I put it on one night as a dress to Tim's amusement) and packed as many layered outfits as possible. And it was cold, just not as cold as I expected it to be. I had one good jacket, but wearing leggings and a dress and boots worked too. I made a scarf for Tim, but unfortunately, we forgot to bring it so he wore these awful scarves I made for him while we were dating... he loves them for reasons I do not understand.

My advice is to start with the basics. Bring a good jacket, pair of boots, pants, and cowl. You can layer from there. We only brought carry-on luggage so we had to pack light, but it worked out really well!
